It all started with a memoir, left to the author by his uncle. A few decades ago, an unusual mining accident occurred in a remote mining area. The author's uncle was a young safety inspector at the Mining Bureau and witnessed the whole incident. For some bizarre reason, the accident was publicized in a very simple and routine report, and the truth has remained unknown, even to the leaders who were in charge of the mine at the time and who did not know what was going on down there. Although the author had never even heard of it before reading the memoir, let alone been involved in the investigation of the mine. But just by reading the memoir, I was so saddened and disturbed that I couldn't believe and couldn't imagine how such a strange thing could have happened. But it's not just a guess.
